Can I get a refund on my monthly subscription?
Yes, if you cancel within the first 7 days of your first monthly subscription, you're eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable, but you won’t be charged again after cancellation.
Can I get a refund on my yearly subscription?
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your yearly plan, you're eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, the yearly fee is non-refundable.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit your Account Settings and sign in. Under your profile, click Manage Subscription to cancel or update your plan.
